Speed limit

Sir, — High speed trains damage the track and bridges to a great extent. The drivers of such trains should use their specialised knowledge and experience, keeping in mind the safety of the passengers. The speed limit should be reduced to 30 km per hour over all bridges and accident-prone shunting points in station yards.
