Real service

Sir, — For many, the Railways means trains, and at the most, stations. But for some of us who worked closely in the last one and a half months coordinating our tour, Railways meant ``service industry travelling towards its best''. We, at an international residential school, went on an education tour to Hyderabad for a week. We were 250 students and staff together on the trip. The Railway staff were throughout helpful. The station masters, drivers, guards, officers and clerks — everyone was enthusiastic and it was an experience to see the human chain behind the train. Thank you, Railways.
