Letters to the Editor
Sir, For many, the Railways means trains, and at the most, stations. But for some of us who worked closely in the last one and a half months coordinating our tour, Railways meant ``service industry travelling towards its best''. We, at an international residential school, went on an education tour to Hyderabad for a week. We were 250 students and staff together on the trip. The Railway staff were throughout helpful. The station masters, drivers, guards, officers and clerks everyone was enthusiastic and it was an experience to see the human chain behind the train. Thank you, Railways.
Sunitha Lal,
