Gopalaswamy is new Home Secretary

NEW DELHI OCT. 1. The Union Culture Secretary, N Gopalaswamy, will be the new Home Secretary, sources said today. A 1966 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre, Mr. Gopalaswamy is expected to join his new assignment by the middle of this month. He succeeds Kamal Pande.
