KATHMANDU OCT. 11. The former Premier, Lokendra Bahadur Chand, a palace loyalist, was today appointed head of the new interim Government in Nepal, a week after King Gyanendra, summarily dismissed the Government of Sher Bahadur Deuba. — PTI
