SC notice to Krishna

New Delhi Oct. 11. For the second time in a month, the Supreme Court today issued notices to the Karnataka Chief Minister, S. M. Krishna, and others on the second contempt petition filed by the Tamil Nadu Government, accusing Karnataka of ``wilfully'' disobeying the Court's October 4 order to release 9,000 cusecs of Cauvery water.
