Salman to seek bail

MUMBAI OCT. 13. Actor Salman Khan, who allegedly rammed his vehicle into a bakery on September 28 in suburban Bandra killing one person and injuring four others, would be produced tomorrow before a local court here, which would decide on his bail plea depending on the progress in the investigation.

The actor's lawyer is set to move a fresh petition for bail as Salman's plea for liberty was turned down by the court on October 10.

The Magistrate, S.Y. Shisode, had asked the police to inform on Monday the progress made in tracing the owner of the vehicle involved in the mishap.
