By Our Staff Reporter

KANNUR OCT. 15. The Kerala Cooperation Minister, M. V. Raghavan, escaped unhurt when his car and the police escort vehicle came under attack at Nadal here on Monday. Three policemen were injured and the windscreen of the car was smashed in the attack. The Minister was on his way to Vadakara in Kozhikode district to attend a public function yesterday afternoon when his car came under attack. A group of youth engaged in flood relief work at Nadal got angry when the escort jeep passed through the area at around 3 p.m. They stopped the police vehicle, pelted stones and manhandled the personnel. The mob targeted the Minister's car when it started moving. The Minister escaped unhurt as the driver managed to manoeuvre the vehicle.
