Fast in Vellore jail

VELLORE Oct. 15 . All 2,582 prisoners in the jail here, including the MDMK general secretary, Vaiko, observed a one-day fast on Tuesday urging the Karnataka Government to release water to Tamil Nadu as per the orders of the Supreme Court.
