State, TN discuss Nagappa abduction

BANGALORE Nov. 13. The Chief Secretary, A. Ravindra, had a telephonic talk with his Tamil Nadu counterpart, Sukhavaneshwar, on Wednesday and discussed formulating a joint strategy to ensure the safe release of the former minister, H. Nagappa, from Veerappan, a release said.
