According a press release issued by the Commissioner, M. Kalaivanan, residents can approach the nearest approved polling station to either enrol in the voter's list or clarify any omission. Those who want to enrol in the list would have to complete 18 years of age as on January 2003. The enrolment drive would continue till December 7. Apart from working days, special camps would be organised on holidays on November 16, 17, 23 and 24 to ensure maximum opportunities to the public, the press release added. The officials would be present at the polling booths from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The revised rolls would be published on January 17, 2003.
