Last month, a Kuala Lumpur court ruled that Mr. Quattrocchi's application for a judicial review of the extradition case, filed in a sessions court, was premature and that he should wait for the outcome of the extradition proceedings. Meanwhile, the session court judge, Junaidah Mohammad Idris, today appointed Judge Akhtar Tahir to preside over the extradition case. PTI
