Police hunt for G.K. Mani

CHENNAI NOV. 20. Five PMK partymen were arrested today and a hunt is on for about 45 more persons including the PMK president, G.K. Mani, and the MLA, Kaduvetty Guru, who faces charges of having criminally intimidated the official administrators of the Chengalvarayan Trust and prevented them from discharging their duties.

According to the police, a group of PMK volunteers gheraoed the administrators last month. All the arrested have been remanded to judicial custody.
