Surrenders

ROHTAK NOV. 28. The Jhajjar district president of the Shiv Sena, Sheeshpal, against whom an arrest warrant was issued in the case of lynching of five Dalits, today surrendered in a court.

Mr. Sheeshpal was formally arrested and remanded to judicial custody by a Jhajjar court till December 12.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sanjiv Jindal, had, on Wednesday, issued an arrest warrant against the Sena leader and 15 others. — PTI
