NBW against Yaseen Malik

JAMMU DEC. 15. A non-bailable arrest warrant under the POTA has been issued against the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chief,Mohammad Yaseen Malik, by a local court here. The Judge of the Designated Court issued warrant for his failure to appear in court in the `one lakh dollars' case yesterday. — UNI
