Power breakdown

Chandigarh Dec. 23. Train services in Punjab, Haryana and Jammu were affected today following a major power breakdown in the northern region, a top railway official said. Several trains running on Ambala-Ludhiana, Ambala-Saharanpur, Ambala-Kalka, Ambala-Panipat and Sirhind-Una sections were affected.
