By Our Special Correspondent

JAMMU DEC. 26. For the fourth time in a week, another family was almost wiped out in Jammu and Kashmir.

Police said that a group of militants entered the house of Mohammad Shafi Wani, a teacher in a Government school, at Gopalpora village in Budgam district late on Wednesday. The militants ordered the family members to assemble and showered a volley of bullets on Mr. Wani and his sons, Noor Mohammad and Jehangir Ahmed. While Mr. Wani died on the spot, his sons were rushed to the hospital where they succumbed to injuries.
