Prohibitory orders

PATNA JAN. 17. T The Patna district administration has promulgated prohibitory orders under section 144 of the Criminal Penal Code to close down kendriya vidyalayas till January 20 as they had flouted its order to remain closed in view of the severe cold wave. A few students at the school at Kankerbagh had fainted during the morning assembly due to the biting cold, reports said.
