'Hindu society will build Ram temple'

NEW DELHI JAN. 19. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad today said the Ram temple in Ayodhya would not be constructed by the Government but by the Hindu society and for this 11-lakh `Sri Ram yagnas' would be held all over the country.

Holding a `Sri Ram yagna' in Rampura Gurmandi area here, the Delhi VHP president, Om Prakash Singhal, said 1,100 such `yagnas' would be held in the Capital. Seven `yagnas' were held today in Delhi.
