Deported

Mumbai Jan. 26. India today succeeded in securing the deportation of Mohd Altaf, a key person behind the Ghatkopar bomb blast and an alleged activist of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), from Dubai.

Altaf was arrested in Dubai and flown to Mumbai escorted by officials of central security agencies. — PTI
