Cell firms to meet again on March 13

NEW DELHI MARCH. 3. Unable to resolve their differences yet, the warring cellular and basic phone companies have agreed to meet on March 13.

A three-hour meeting today was reported to have made some progress according to indications given by the Department of Telecommunications Secretary, Vinod Vaish.
