According to an Indian Hockey Federation press release, India took the lead in the first half and Pakistan equalised in the second. India is due to take on Greece on Tuesday. Meanwhile, India routed Bangladesh 6-1 in the second Asia Cup (boys under-16) hockey championship at Dhaka. According to IHF, Raghunath, Gurbaj Singh scored in the first half before K. K. Sharath, Jalwinder Singh, V. Raja and Ravi Kumar contributed to the tally. India plays Sri Lanka on Monday.
