Case registered
NEW DELHI
APRIL 3.
The Delhi police today registered a case against the Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation and its Chairman, A.C. Muthaiah, following allegations that the company had defaulted on repayment of money borrowed from the Indian Air Force Benevolent Association (IAFBA). The case under Section 420 of the IPC was registered following the directions of a local court to the Delhi police yesterday, police sources said. PTI
