NEW DELHI JUNE 5. B.L. Vohra, a police officer from the 1967 batch, will be holding charge as Director-General of the Special Service Bureau (SSB). The appointment comes at a time when the SSB's mandate has been extended to the Indo-Bhutan border in addition to policing the Indo-Nepal border.
