The Institute of Legal Medicine in western Goias State examined the bodies of five people who died after taking Celobar and said on Friday that it found lethal levels of a toxic ingredients. The institute is investigating the bodies of nine other people who also died after taking the product. . Brazil's Federal health inspection service said it has received information from four other States where the product is believed to have caused the deaths of six people — bringing the total of deaths to 21.
