Trendsetter

Sir, — I refer to your editorial "A non-starter" ( Aug. 15 ). It has brought out the true colours of Pervez Musharraf and his promises vis-a-vis export of terrorism to India. Your observation that even if terrorists maintain a lull in Kashmir on Musharraf's instructions, they should be hunted down is laudable. The editorial seems to be a trendsetter in advocating a harder approach towards militancy in Jammu and Kashmir.
