Terrorists behind blasts: PM

New Delhi Aug. 25. The Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, today condemned the blasts in different parts of Mumbai and said they were caused by terrorists.

Expressing shock at the tragic loss of innocent lives, Mr. Vajpayee conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their loves ones.

The Prime Minister also wished speedy recovery to those injured in the blasts.
