HYDERABAD Aug. 25. Task forces of the Transport Department have inspected the condition of 1,100 school buses and cancelled the Fitness Certificates (FC) of 455 of them in the State-wide drive during the past five days.

The Transport Commissioner, A. Giridhar, said that the drive would continue until the condition of each and every school bus was checked. He reiterated his appeal to school managements and asked them to take care in the interest of their students.
