The building housing two new boilers, inaugurated this morning, was completely damaged. Police sources said Henry John (45), who was near the boiler, died on the spot. The rice mill owner, Govindasamy (42), and three others, including an eight-year-old boy were taken to the Kilpauk Medical College Hospital in Chennai. The Baluchettichathiram police are investigating.
