Promoters raise stake in D-Link

CHENNAI: K. R. Naik, Managing Director and promoter has purchased 1.78 lakh shares from the open market under the creeping acquisition route. With this, the total shareholding of core promoters, Mr. K. R. Naik and his family, has increased to 78.01 lakh equity shares constituting 26 per cent of the total paid-up capital, according to a release.
