An outrage: CPI

NEW DELHI OCT. 2. The Communist Party of India has condemned the bomb attack on the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, and called it an "outrage". "It is repugnant to India's democratic life", the party said while wishing Mr. Naidu and others a speedy recovery.
