Letters to the Editor
Sir, This is with reference to the article, "Assessing risk" ( Oct. 31 ). It should be an eye-opener for the Centre for Science and Environment regarding its study on the concentration level of pesticides in soft drinks rather than the risk factor involved in consuming them. People fail to understand that once a study of risks is established, bringing down the concentration level of pollutants becomes easy as the public will be able to understand the possible health hazards better.
