Sir, This relates to the DMK president, M. Karunanidhi's appeal to the Prime Minister to set up a Parliamentary Committee to help solve the crisis being faced by Tamils the world over. It is not Tamils alone who are facing problems. While abroad, people should be extra cautious and aware of the local laws of the country.
