Sir, This is with reference to the article "Censorship unofficial might" ( Dec. 7 ). What is disturbing is "for telecasts, the Censor Board does not come into the picture". Such unfettered freedom has emboldened the TV channels to telecast vulgar, obscene serials, particularly damaging to women. Cultural decadence is being promoted. The need is for stricter vigilance on telecasts.
