Guard held in Shoppers' Stop theft case

BANGALORE, JAN. 17. The Ashok Nagar police on Saturday arrested a security guard for allegedly stealing diamond jewellery worth over Rs. 32 lakh from Shoppers' Stop here on December 2.

The police gave the name of the accused as Veeresh (20) from Gangavati taluk in Raichur district. The police had suspected four persons, including the accused. The suspected persons underwent the polygraph test, the police said.
