Loan recovery

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM. Feb 12. The State Bank of Travancore is conducting a mega recovery camp involving its 31 branches in the city, with the support of the District Revenue Authorities. The camp will be held at the Government Sanskrit High School from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will be an opportunity for borrowers against whom the bank has initiated legal action and for those against whom such action is yet to be taken, to settle their dues under the One Time Settlement Scheme. Borrowers who are optinng for the settlement should remit at least 25 per cent of the dues immediately.

Moot court

The Chief Minister, A.K. Antony, has exhorted the law students to uphold the ethos and values of the legal profession, a press note said here today. Mr. Antony was inaugurating the 15th All India Moot Court competitions organised by the Kerala Law Academy Law College, Peroorkada. Forty teams from law colleges all over the country are participating in the three-day competition. The finals will be held on February 14 and the evaluaton of the teams will be done by three judges of the Kerala High Court.
