JAIPUR, FEB. 16. The Sarvodaya organisation, Sarva Seva Sangh, has asked the Election Commission not to grant a request from the Union Government to allow the Deputy Prime Minister, L.K.Advani, to have the privileges of the Prime Minister, specially the use of IAF aircraft, during the period of electioneering. In a telegram to the Chief Election Commissioner today, the spokesman of the Sarva Seva Sangh and noted Gandhian, Siddharaj Dhadda, said: "The permission to use a Government aircraft would be highly objectionable''. "It will put other parties to disadvantage and create a bad precedence,'' he added. "On behalf of the Sarvodaya movement I strongly urge you to reject the request,'' the nonagenarian leader said.
