CBay Systems acquires U.S. firm

CHENNAI: CBay Systems (CBay) of Annapolis, Maryland, has acquired all the assets of Emergency Dictation Services (EDS) of Detroit, including the assets of EDS's subsidiary, Dictation International, LLC, in an all cash deal. Simultaneously, with this acquisition, CBay's 100 per cent owned subsidiary, CKAR Systems Pvt. Ltd. of Hyderabad, has acquired 100 per cent of the shares of EDSS Pvt. Ltd., also of Hyderabad, which had been EDS's supplier in India.
