`Ads misutilisation of funds'

JAMSHEDPUR, MARCH 2 . The Secretary of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee, S.R.A. Rizvi Chhabban, today alleged that huge amount spent by the Centre for publicity campaign of ``India Shining'' was gross misutilisation of public funds by the NDA government.

``Such gross misutilisation of funds meant for the development of the country was unconstitutional and illegal'', Chhabban said, demanding that stringent action be initiated against the BJP and its coalition partners to recover the public money. — PTI
