3 coaches of Farakka Express set on fire

NEW DELHI, APRIL 5. Miscreants set fire to three coaches of the Malda Town-Bhiwani Farakka Express near the Old Delhi Railway Station here today.

A Northern Railway spokesperson said passengers reported a fire in a sleeper coach, eleven from the engine, soon after the train left the station at 12.40 p.m.

The railway staff on board the train quickly doused the fire and the matter was reported to the Railway Protection Force.
