Row over casting of votes

PATNA, APRIL 20. A controversy has cropped up over the manner in which the Bihar Chief Minister, Rabri Devi, and the Union Minister for Small Scale Industries, C.P. Thakur, had cast their votes today.

Mr. Thakur was said to have used the Electronic Voting Machine in full view of his supporters and the Chief Minister guided her daughter in casting her vote. The Election Commission officials here maintained that they would first wait for any complaints.
