CHENNAI, APRIL 27. India is ranked 38th as per the latest rankings of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), with 14.4 points for the season.

Among the Asian nations, China is placed 13th with 235 points.

Other Asian teams' rankings: Korea (146 points, 19th rank); Japan (80, 21); Qatar (31.2, 31); Saudi Arabia (17.4, 37); Iran (13.2, 40); Philippines (12.9, 41); UAE (12.6, 42); Uzbekistan (11.1, 44); Syria (10.8, 46); Kuwait (10.5, 48) and Jordan (6.9, 62).
