IOC to bid for Thai oil firm

NEW DELHI, APRIL 29. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) today announced plans to bid for acquiring the marketing assets of an oil company in Thailand. The company did not disclose the name of the Thai company, whose assets it wanted to acquire. However, IOC said its board had accorded the approval for submitting an expression of interest for the acquisition. — UNI
