THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, MAY 15. The Minister for Water Resources, T. M. Jacob, has called up on the employees of the Water Resources Department to ensure that all projects, especially drinking water schemes, being implemented by the department are completed on a time-bound manner.

Inaugurating the Association of Public Health Engineers-Kerala (APHEK) and Indian Water Works Association (IWWA) Kerala Centre's "Aqua Tower" at Kowdiar here today, Mr. Jacob said it is a pity that the department cannot complete projects on a time-bound manner and urged the employees not to forget their responsibilities to the citizens.

The Minister said all employees beginning from the technical staff to the Managing Director of the Kerala Water Authority (KWA) should see that the projects are completed as per the target fixed by the department.
