BANGALORE, JULY 5. The seventh edition of the annual information technology trade show, Bangalore IT.Com, will extend its scope to include the media and the animation sector, key government officials said here on Monday. The event will be held at the Palace Grounds here from November 1 to 5.The trade show is organised by the State Government to promote Karnataka as a destination for IT and technology-related investment. The IT Secretary, Biotechnology and Science and Technology, M.K. Shankaralinge Gowda, told presspersons here today that this time the programme would include information communication technologies, media, and the animation sector. Apart from the regular trade show, there would be a separate pavilion dedicated to the animation industry, he added.
