Two-run win for FAPS
BANGALORE,
JULY 6.
Frank Anthony Public School (FAPS) scored an exciting two-run win over Baldwin High School in the Cottonian Shield inter-school cricket tournament here on Tuesday. After scoring 145, FAPS restricted Baldwin to 143 in the 25-overs-a-side match.
Presidency School, R.T. Nagar, defeated Bethany HS by 122 runs in another match.
The scores: Presidency School 196 for eight (Prthivi 66, Arjun 33, Chiranjeevi 28, Keshav four for 33) beat Bethany HS 74 (Muneeb four for 29).
St. Germain's HS 119 (Rahil Khan 34, Mrinal three for 17) beat Vidyaniketan 101 (Carl four for 23).
FAPS 145 for eight (Nishanth 32) beat Baldwin HS 143 for nine (K.V. Mahesh 25, Anish three for 33).
