BANGALORE, JULY 7. Chetan Williams's hat-trick (four for 13) helped Swastic Union CC (1) strike back against Social Cricketers in the KSCA Special Knock Out Super Eight tournament final in progress at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Wednesday. On the second day's play, Chetan struck late in the evening, scalping Jagadeesh, Srinivas and Rajashekar Shanbal to leave Social Cricketers struggling at 22 for four in its second innings. Earlier, Social Cricketers added three more runs to its overnight score of 329 for eight, with B.N. Bharath (116, 188b, 16x4, 1x6) being the last man to be dismissed. In reply, the Swastic Union was bowled out for 266, conceding its opponents a 66-run lead. Jonathan top-scored with 91. Off-spinner C. Raghu grabbed four wickets for 66 runs. However, the game swung Swastic's way late in the evening as Chetan Williams struck.
