Big victory for Goa

HYDERABAD, JULY 8. Goa trounced Aurangabad 6-0 in the Army Southern Command football championship being held at Golconda here today.

A brace each by Mandal and Sunil Sachdev and fine solo efforts by Lalit Thapa and Milton Rocha completed the tally for the winners.

In another match, Bangalore continued the winning streak defeating Jhansi 4-0 with Ashok Kumar, Anbu Kumar, Dharni Dharan and Naguerni Lal being the scorers.
