Good show by Jeevan
CHENNAI,
JULY 8.
India's Jeevan Nedunchezian, who went on a three-week European Tennis Association under-16 tour to France and Italy in the third week of June, returned with two doubles titles.
Jeevan and Franklin Emmanuel of Sri Lanka defeated the Spanish pair of Ramentol and Christifaro 6-2, 7-6(7-4) in the final at La Baule (France) and in another tournament at Paris Cadets, they overcame Argentina's Nicolas Ferrera and Paraguay's Daniel Lopez 6-2, 6-4 in the summit clash.
The 15-year-old Chennai lad Jeevan, who entered two singles quarterfinals in France and one in Italy, also won the singles title in the `friendly' warm-up tournament played among ITF junior teams.
