Mangalore Zone facing an imposing total of 324 put up by rival Dharwad was bowled out for 168 and following was 21 for no loss on the second and final day of the KSCA under-17 inter-zonal cricket tournament here.
In the other match, Bangalore overnight 300 for eight was bowled out for 303 but hit back to restrict Shimoga to 197 for nine.
The scores: Bangalore 303 v Shimoga 197 for nine in 90 overs (D. Raghavendra 88, Anvith Medappa 48).
Dharwad 324 bt Mangalore 168 in 81.4 overs (Ankith Karkera 36, Azhar Mhir 32; Nandish Sikkedesai six for 55, Ganesh Ainolli three for 42) and 21 for no loss in 10 overs. Dharwad 5 pts, Mangalore 2 pts.
