Awards presented to Discom staff

TIRUPATI, AUG. 17. The Southern Discom has presented non-monetary awards to meritorious employees in the six districts in its purview on the Independence Day.

The CMD, K. Ranganadham, presented the `Best SE' award to B. Ravindranath Reddy (Tirupati) and `Best DE' award to R.V. Chalapathi (Nellore) and Koteswara Rao (Guntur).

Those who got the award at the corporate office are -- C. Bhavani Prasad, Natesha Lingam, A. Satyanarayana, D. Bhupathi, Rupalatha and Rameshbabu in accounts wing, Satish Gupta (company secretary), Shyam Swaroop (PRO), Gopalakrishna (personnel officer), Subba Rao (purchases), and Assistant DEs R. Ganesh (Operation) and A. Munikrishna Reddy (peishi) from other departments.
